Description

As Chief Operating Officer at Vendormint™, Dallas Counts is focused on one thing: helping suppliers maximize profitability with their largest retail partners—starting with Walmart. With nearly a decade of experience inside Walmart and Sam’s Club, Dallas understands the pressures that come with managing complex compliance requirements, avoiding deductions, and growing within the Walmart ecosystem.

Today, he leads day-to-day operations at Vendormint™, a performance-based partner that helps Walmart suppliers recover lost revenue, prevent chargebacks, and proactively manage risk across the retail supply chain. Under Dallas’s leadership, Vendormint™ supports suppliers of all sizes by combining expert guidance with real-time financial visibility and end-to-end dispute management.

Prior to joining Vendormint™, Dallas held senior merchandising and site operations roles at Walmart and Sam’s Club, where he led category growth, eCommerce transformation, and supplier collaboration. He later served as VP of Retail Acceleration at Flywheel, strengthening Walmart Connect partnerships and leading omnichannel growth initiatives.

His background gives him a unique perspective on what it really takes to succeed as a Walmart supplier—and how the right partners and processes can unlock better outcomes.

"When suppliers protect their revenue and avoid unnecessary deductions, they can reinvest in lower prices, better products, and long-term growth. That’s good for the supplier, good for Walmart, and good for the end customer. That’s the work we’re doing at Vendormint."
