Description
Joshua Linden is a Sales Executive at Bay Cities, where he helps CPG brands stand out on the shelf and at the doorstep with custom packaging and displays built for speed, impact, and retail compliance. Working directly with brand CEOs, founders, and sales and marketing leaders, Joshua brings structural design, high-volume production, co-packing, and fulfillment together under one roof — helping suppliers launch faster and execute more effectively across both in-store and online channels at Walmart, Sam's Club, Costco, and beyond.
With more than a decade of experience in retail merchandising and execution, Joshua has built deep expertise across virtually every in-store program type Walmart offers — from seasonal pallet programs and endcaps to trendpods, floorstands, feature trains, signage kits, and custom eCommerce shippers. His category experience spans toys, electronics, grocery, consumables, beauty, OTC, apparel, lawn and garden, seasonal, and more, giving him a cross-category perspective on what drives conversion and what earns the attention of Walmart merchants.
At Bay Cities, Joshua brings a retail execution partner mindset to every engagement — combining concept design and structural engineering with integrated production and logistics to help brands improve in-store execution, speed up timelines, and create personalized and interactive packaging that drives shopper engagement. He is a strong believer in data-driven decision-making and "What if?" thinking as tools for bringing ideas to life that retailers and shoppers both respond to.
Bay Cities is employee-owned and relentlessly customer-focused — and Joshua reflects that culture in how he works: with a bias toward solving real operational problems, helping suppliers scale with confidence and creativity inside the Walmart ecosystem.
Outside of retail, Joshua is an ultra trail runner — a pursuit that, as he sees it, shares its core demands with winning in business: strategy, consistency, and the willingness to keep moving when the terrain gets hard.
