Description

Rishi Bhatnagar has spent more than 25 years at the intersection of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, but his path to QuaerisAI began long before that.

Trained as an electrical engineer at Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology and holding an MBA in Finance from the University of Mumbai, Rishi built his early career across financial analysis, banking, and enterprise technology, with roles at CRISIL, Ernst and Young, Cap Gemini, and Oracle. In 2005, he founded Syntelli Solutions, an analytics consulting firm he led as CEO for sixteen years, building solutions for clients across insurance, banking, manufacturing, healthcare, oil and gas, and business services.

Across those organizations and industries, the same problem kept surfacing. Teams had data, but they didn't have confidence in it. Answers were slow, alignment was fragile, and too much institutional knowledge lived in documents no one could find fast enough to use.

In 2020, while completing a program at Harvard University, Rishi founded QuaerisAI to solve that problem at scale. His mission is to close what he describes as a $100 billion per year gap: the cost of slow decisions, misaligned teams, and organizational intelligence that exists but cannot be activated fast enough to matter.
