Description

Stephanie Richter was forecasting markets for banks a decade before anyone bid on a marketplace keyword. Today she is CEO and co-founder of Adspert, the bid management and PPC optimization software.

Starting in 1999 she helped lead Prozentor GmbH in Berlin, building automated statistical forecast systems and quantitative trading tools for financial service providers, insurers, telecoms, and market research firms. The insight that became Adspert came directly out of that work: an advertising auction behaves like a financial market, and the mathematics that prices a trading position can price a bid. She co-founded Adspert with CTO Harald Bartel in 2010 to prove it.

Her conviction has stayed consistent across all of it. In her own words: "With Adspert, I want to reach the level where it is possible for anyone to draw attention to their product through ads that they can afford."

Adspert exists so that a seller with ten items gets the same bidding rigor as a brand with a thousand, on every platform it supports, from one dashboard.
